Every product is hand made fresh to order. Fresh ingredients and the finest Belgian chocolate along with over 20 years experience as a pastry chef enables me to create delicious master pieces or simple statements tailored to your individual requests.

Whether used as a sumptuous dessert or a delicious coffee partner I will tailor your wedding cake,birthday cake or special occasion cake to meet your individual needs. Having spent over 20 years in patisseries and hotels including the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sydney and the Dorchester Hotel in London, I decided to settle down in Sydney, get married and using my experience, venture into my own wedding cake and handmade chocolate business. Since then my business has grown through word of mouth into a business where I pride myself on providing professional service at a personal level.

All styles from traditional to art deco to modern are welcomed. Belgian chocolate cakes with handmade truffles and fresh summer berries are just one of my specialities. Kitchen cakes and dummy tiers can be utilised for large or small celebrations. I personally deliver and setup each cake to ensure the finished product is exactly as you imagined, all the while liaising with the reception venue so there are no last minute hiccups. I am happy to arrange sugar or fresh flowers and to liaise with your florist if required.
