Fresh ingredients and the finest Belgian chocolate along with over 20 years experience as a pastry chef enables me to create delicious master pieces or simple statements tailored to your individual requests.
Having spent over 20 years in patisseries and hotels including the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Sydney and the Dorchester Hotel in London, I decided to settle down in Sydney, get married and using my experience, venture into my own wedding cake and handmade chocolate business. Since then my business has grown through word of mouth into a business where I pride myself on providing professional service at a personal level.
