Dear Bill,
I wanted to write and thank you for a superb cake on Saturday night. Not only did it look fantastic, it tasted delicious.
Rob, my husband was thrilled when he saw it. Thankfully , I removed two profiteroles and placed them in the fridge, otherwise he wouldn't have had a taste. It disappeared so quickly!
The truffles were delicious along with the chocolate dipped strawberries.
Thank you again, it was lovely to have something so different.
